What a beautiful day it was today!!!!!! Lindsay had her first soccer game for this season and Brig had his first baseball game! :) They both play for a neighborhood league about 10 minutes away called "Castlegate Sports". The games were at the same time in different fields so Jake and I had to divide and conquer! I took Bethany with me to Lindsays' soccer game while Jake went with Brig. We have really enjoyed having our kids do this sports league! This is Lindsay's 3rd season of soccer! She is our little endurance girlie! She keeps up her pace really well! Brig has done soccer 2x, flag football, and is now trying coach pitch baseball and really seems to love it!
Also today Brig went to a birthday party for his best friend, Lucas Thorup. Brig had a blast cause they all just had a big nerf gun war at a park near our home.
From there we went into Gilbert to dye Easter eggs at my parents with Matt and McKennas' kids! My kids loved watching the eggs turn colors! We had our annual Christensen Family Easter basket hunt and dinner at my uncle and aunts, Curt and Jessica Christensen. I love it cause it is always so relaxed, with the "big" hunt first, dinner--Neds Krazy Sub, pasta salad, potato salad, chips, etc...., and then just hanging around relaxing while the kids play.
